Structure Types:  Steel tube space frame structures

Material: S355JOH(BS:EN 10250) for all tubes and S355JR(BS:EN 10025) for all plates

Connection: All weldings made at workshop and all bolt connections to be made at site.

Scope of work: Supply, fabricate and deliver the steel works related to the First Party in this Subcontract including the supply of the raw material, fabrication, galvanization, painting, shipping, insurance, etc… till the full completion of the and final approval of the works under the Subcontract and till the remedying of any defects therein, all in accordance with the Subcontract terms and conditions

Protection Coating:

(1) Sand-blasting to commercial grade

(2) Hot-dipped galvanization as per standard ISO 1461 with minimum zinc density 85microns.

(3)- 1st coat: Epoxy International paint INTERGARD 269.
- 2nd coat: Epoxy International paint INTERGARD 475 HS.
- Final coat: Polyurethane International paint INTERTHANE 990 HS.
- Minimum total thickness is 200 microns DFT (Dry Film Thickness) or as per the manufacturer recommendation whichever is more.
- The top coat gloss is 35% (± 7%).
