Prefabricated Steel Truck Washing Buildings | Wash Shop

Delivered by ZHM Huawu Steel in July 2021, this pre-engineered steel building now operates as a truck wash and is conveniently located close to some of Southern major trucking routes of the client country.

The building features rigid-frame construction and a spacious interior design that can easily accommodate trucks and trailers. Self-supporting stone wainscoting on the outside boosts curb appeal, giving the steel carwash a modern, contemporary look and feel.

The metal truck wash’s durable steel construction helps it maintain its structural integrity despite heavy daily use, while its prime location and functional design make it a popular destination for truck drivers traveling through the local area.

Building Specifications

Standing 25m x 60m x 6m with a 7.5m x6.2m x 4.5m office area addition on one end, the steel carwash has (14) access points in total. There are (4) 4.3m x 5m overhead garage doors, (1) 3m x3m overhead garage door and (9) 1000 x 2200mm walk doors that allow general access inside.

Overhead, a gable roof with a 1:10 pitch offers reliable protection from the elements. Polar White gutters and downspouts facilitate drainage and match the building’s trim package, adding visual appeal to the structure while keeping rain from collecting on top of the carwash.

Engineered to meet local building codes, the metal carwash has a 110-mph wind load and also adheres to the seismic building code requirements in place at the time of construction.
