Brazil Metallox Oxygen Generating Plant,Santos

After last year's cooperation with the World largest iron ore company Vale, we are excited in taking the 2nd Bralian project-Brazil Metallox Oxygen Generating Plant,Santos.

The project is comprised of two main parts, the first is the oxygen generation set and tank platform, and the first if the PEB industrial workshop shed.

The main difficulty and challenge for this project is on the material substitution plan because the original desgin is in ASTM/ASME standard for all the workmanship and materials, after complete discussion between technicians and engineers of mutual parties, we finally worked out the most applicable Chinese standard and material substitution plan for all these isssues so as to meet the ISO standard of construction code and steel structure

Our scope of work is to supply FOB condition for the complete steel structure systems as well as the steel decking floor for concrete, the roof&wall claddings, the platform floor plates, including the construction shop-drawings design, raw material procurement, fabrication, painting, packing, delivery to port and custom clearance.

By Oct.01st, after the hard working between our team and local Brazilian team, we have finished the complete project successfully and handver over a state-of-art plant to owner.
