Sahalin Island Poor Environment: Winter temp -35 Degr.C. , Wind velocity speed: 180km/h,  Seismic: Rt.9 Degree, Salty environment, Snow load 15kN/m2

Client has special requirement on the low temperature performance of steel, because the procurement cost for Q345C and Q345D materials are much more higher than Q345B, also longer procurement time, so finally we changed the connection types to a new type of column/beam connection was developped together with consultant for better absortion of the seismic horizontal load during lower temp environment and resist the exterior plane distortion of beams under seismic load at low temperature, and solve the requirement of our client"" вашем металле составляет не более 0.010%"" to control sulphur content of steel within 0.010%.
