Building Type: Combination Structure System with Basement 2 floors and Ground Floor to be RCC structure, Mezzinane Floor, 1st Floor and Roof To be Steel Structure System.

The structure of the Mall consists of 14 modules in plant (A-B-C-D-E-F-G-H-I-J-K-L-M-N). It is rectangular with aprojection (Module D).
In plant, the building dimensions are 455.15 x 159.70 m.
The structure consists of the following levels:

Location: Mall in the Pananamercan highway, in Nuevo Tocumen urbanization, in the District of Panama, Panama Province.

Challange: Thousands of Joint connection details between RCC structure(Column,Beam and Rafter) and Steel Structure frame, the shop-drawings team got intensity of challange in complete more than 10 zones of buildings in such short time limit.
