Our fabrication is carrried out as per AS2007-2007,AS/NZS 1554.1:2004 and inspected by SGS inspection companies for 100% of the butt welding and 5% of the fillet welding.

UT had been performed to the welding seam of fabricated structure steel according to testing standard AS2207-2007 Level 2, and welding testing of 100% of the butt welding and 5% of the fillet welding. No defect goes beyond the limit of acceptance critia AS/NZS 1554.1:2004 table 6.2.1.

 VT had been performed to 100% of the welding seam according to the acceptance criteria AS/NZS 1554.1:2004 table 6.2.2, the test result is acceptable.
