Project Tonnage: 34000ton
Project Difficulty: the electrical welding for 34000ton of steel structures are the difficulty of this project, especially the connection joint welding and the quality assurance and quality control system. We applied welding robat and manual welding, automatic welding to ensure the complete compliance of the standards.
Project Description: Steel column and beam frame and buckle stress strain brace structure system. Since the first column hoisting from May 28, ZHM applied 6 months for the completion of the main steel structure installation.
After the main steelworks installation, we turned into the secondary steelwork installation, exterior and interior decoration installation, machinery and electricity installation and external facade construction.
ZHM applied the virtual construction and actual sampling method based on BIM technology for the design, manufacturing and installation, to utilitize the utmost of construction efficiency. The steel structure BIM technology uses 3D and animation presentation and handover, integrated the BIM and smart field data strategy system to achieve the BIM virtual construction and field work digital virtual/reality integration and solve the problem from the initial stage and upgrade the efficiency of the communcation and problem solving. We have solved more than 2000 items of design and drawing issues and promoted the construction progress significantly.
