Xinghaida Port Reefer Rack Platform Repair and Maintenance | Made In China ZHM

in 2011 ZHM built 21 sets of Reefer Grack Gantry Platforms in Xinghaida Port, Xiameng for their Yard B11 and B12.After more than ten years of use, these economically painted structures (No galvanization treatment has been applied on these structures) are suffering from some coastal salty environmental corrosion status at some frameworks, stairs and handrails. 

To eliminate the operation site safety possibility, the port authority has contacted with us for further repair and maintenance of painting treatment of these old structures. As a reliable supplier and subcontractor, we have dispatched our painting team to site to do this work. We have made the repair and maintenance plan schedule as per the port reefer actual storage status and plugging using rate. 

This time, the repair and maintenance was mainly targeted at the handrails of the 8 sets of gantry reefer racks, some were reproduced and replaced, some were repainted at site. The work was successfully carried out and completed as per the client's satisfactory and acceptance. 

We will follow up with the normal operation of Yard B12 refrigerated container status and make further repair and mantenance plan for the balance B12 yard and B11 yard reefer stacks.
