In addition to advice and design, we take care of the delivery and, if desired, the assembly of products for connecting reefer containers. We deliver these products to container terminals all over the world. Our range consists of reefer racks, reefer walk-through tunnels and high mast lighting. We explain what the process looks like using the 5 steps below.

STEP 1: INTRODUCTION

In an introductory meeting, we map out your wishes and requirements based on your logistics plan and the infrastructure on site. We will quickly draw up a customised plan for you.

The responsible Sales Manager supervises the entire sales process. All processes from design to completion are seamlessly coordinated with one another. This allows us to deliver your products within the agreed schedule.

STEP 2: QUOTATION

After we have assessed your application, our Sales Engineers start calculating. Thanks to our standardized working method, we can quickly provide you a quotation. For specific wishes or customization during the quotation phase, our structural and BIM engineers look for smart alternatives and efficient solutions

STEP 3: ENGINEERING

Together with the project team, the Project Manager supervises the entire process. During the engineering phase, all projects are elaborated in our BIM Management System. In this model we process geometry, profile properties, connection types and materials of the construction.

STEP 4: PRODUCTION

Once the project is fully developed and the materials are known,we start production. Production takes place in our modern production locations and by means of an automated machine park. We can demonstrate the quality of the services and products provided through our certifications.

STEP 5: DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY

As an option, we transport your products to the construction site. You can also opt for assembly or supervision at the construction site. Our own certified assembly teams are happy to take care of this. We are only satisfied when everything has been delivered to your satisfaction. If desired, we are happy to provide any additional work.
