The second sewing factory constructed for CMT was in Phoenix. It measures 173m x 61m, with three floors. The ground floor is divided into four sections, for washing, printing, cutting and dying. The first floor has storage at either end, as well as sections for embroidery and traditional make-up. The top floor is for Eton Lines make up.

As well as constructing the main factory and warehouse buildings for CMT, we also design and build dormitories for the factory workers, as well as stylish canteens.
