Recycling Metal Building Complex

This unique recycling metal building facility consists of a 1200sqm ZHM Huawu Steel pre-engineered metal building with a 400m2 mezzanine. This complex is comprised of three single-slope structures with one lean-to, and is clad with ZHM Huawu Steel's insulated metal wall panel.  It utilizes methane gas, a natural byproduct of landfills, to create sustainable energy.

Renewable natural gas (RNG), or biomethane, may be used in vehicles powered by compressed natural gas. Using innovative technology, the new facility is capable of converting up to 43 cubic meter of incoming landfill gas per minute into natural gas—enough to fuel 800 of the company’s compressed natural gas collection trucks. This reduces the company’s greenhouse gas emissions by more than 80% when compared to diesel.
