This state-of-the-art steel building serves as the our client's Corporate Headquarters for a Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer. 

It is comprised of four connected structures, with ZHM Huawu Clear Bay joist system throughout the production & receiving buildings.  

The mechanical building includes a partial mezzanine for storage. ZHM Huawu Liner Panel finishes much of the interior of this 9,800sqm structure. 

The below-eave, clear span office building is just over 380m2 in size, with parapet walls and a combination brick & window exterior.
