This custom designed, 4,800sqm steel building includes offices and cubicles for over 100 employees with a clerestory entry. 

Its expandable training center offers seating for up to 300 persons, locker rooms, and several conference rooms. The facility utilizes state-of-the-art mechanical systems, saving significantly more energy than required by National Energy Codes. Daylighting was maximized with windows along a cupola building that attaches to the clerestory.
