Special characteristics of this Project: 

(1) Unlike the normal HDG steel gratings we've offered for various reefer rack projects overseas, For this project, under client's preference, we used Safety yellow 38x38x38x7 GRP Fiber Glass Grating panels 1220x3660mm were used for this project to achieve an economic solution of the project and achieve an architectural obvious beauty of the reefer rack building without compromising the usage and anti-corrossion performance of the reefer rack building steel structures;

(2) Structures: Hot-dipped galvanization treatment as per ASTM A123 and duplex painting system C5 Grade (Zinc phasephate primers 80-90microns + high-built MIO intermediate paint 150microns and high glossy Polyutherine finish paint 50-60microns)
