Heavy Steel Structure for Japan Mitsubishi Forming Press Workshop
This project is a multi-purpose industrial heavy cranes equipped steel workshop accommodate avariety of forming presses in client's work shop such as 10000T press capable of bending steel plates of max. 200 mm in thickness, straightening press, and large bending rollers to meet various customer needs.
For production difficulties for this project:
(1) High precision requirement of bolt connections and trial assembly in our workshop during production;
(2) High QC and QC requirement as per JIS standards;
(3) Full supervision under Mitsibishi owner's representatives in our workshop for all MTCs, WPS, PQRs, ITPs, Method of Fabrication , fabrication Quality inspection and assurance control, welder's qulification certificates, welding Non-destructure testing(UT,MT,VT, RT,etc);
(3) High Packing Method on sea-worthy basis.
(4) Limited fabrication and delivery time schedule and deadline.
