Custom Steel Office Building with Warehouse for Gourmet Factory

This 11,500m2 custom metal building includes 1,500 square feet of office space. The building gives them much needed room for their warehouse, distribution and packaging operations, and features two refrigerated areas and one large freezer. 

The office is accented with parapet walls, with a partial mezzanine offers 1,100 square meter of executive office space, storage and an employee training area. 

The entire building is temperature controlled and has an audio system throughout as well as extensive security monitoring and alarm systems. The exterior uses precast concrete panels and a ZHM Al-Mg-Mn Standing Seam roof system.
