Background Introduction:
In Singapore, PSA has more than 13,000 refrigerated container (“reefer”) points and a suite of complementary reefer services to ensure the quality of temperature-sensitive cargo is not compromised throughout its stay in the port.
Refrigerated containers (Reefers) are cold storage containers used in the shipping, trucking and rail industries to transport perishable items (i.e. food and pharmaceutical products).

Description:Five-story high structural steel Reefer Rack system was custom-designed, fabricated and supervised built by ZHM Huawu Steel as the subcontractor to accommodate any Reefer size in This Automated Reefer Hubs. Reefer Racks were designed to use built-up sections, where the individual members were bolt-connected together, allowing easy dismantling for relocation to suit the port layout.
Working Scope:
Engineering, design, detailing fabrication, delivery and supervision of site installation and Testing work for the reefer rack platform steel structure system, cable trays,cable drum platform, safety walking passage tunnels, lightings, 750KVA packaged substation and cables, the automatic monitor system, 6.6kV and low voltage electrical system

5 Level 5 Floor, 35m length15.3m witdth 2.0m. Overall Height, Plugging Capacity: 10 TEUs per level , 100TEUs per Gantry platforms.
