Through ZHM Huawu Steel’s collaborative Designer Assist process, ZHM Huawu Steel worked with the architect to develop the Point Supported Glass canopies which eliminated value engineering, while maintaining the project’s budget goals. 

A conventional approach would have resulted in the removal of the walkway canopy, and replaced glass with plastic panels. 

With ZHM Huawu Steel’s real time budget tracking, the final solution preserved the architect’s design intent to deliver the additional walkway canopy, while staying under budget.
