The resort hotel owner expanded to include an additional showroom and Theater which supports a one million gallon water-stage tank. The theater requires stadium seating utilizing a roof truss design coupled with raker beams to support the structure while ensuring unobstructed views. 

There was an accelerated schedule which ZHM Huawu Steel performs well under. The theater and the showroom were perfectly connected to the existing resort tower with no interruptions to the nonstop hotel activities and entertainment at the resort.
