Introduction
Congratulations to the second business department for winning the bid for the steel structure subcontracting of the national speed skating hall project
Recently, with the cooperation of our company's business, bidding and other departments, our company won the bid for the steel structure subcontracting of the National Speed Skating Pavilion project, and obtained a steel structure processing order of 1050 tons
The National Speed Skating Stadium, also known as the "Ice Ribbon", is located on the west side of the Beijing Olympic Forest Park. As the only new ice competition venue for the Beijing Winter Olympics, it will be used as a competition venue for speed skating.
The National Speed Skating Gymnasium is currently the largest single-layer two-way orthogonal saddle-shaped cable net roof gymnasium in the world. During the construction process, 49 pairs of load-bearing cables and 30 pairs of stabilizing cables were weaved to form a cable-mesh roof with a long span of 198 meters and a short span of 124 meters, and then laid 1080 4 square meters × 4 square meters of unit roof panels to assemble. The construction team of the speed skating hall calls this cable net the "sky curtain". In layman's terms, the "sky curtain" is like a huge tennis racket "stretched" above the stadium. This innovative research and development has greatly saved the amount of steel used for the roof. Of course, the difficulty of construction can be imagined.
