After Completion of Reefer Container Terminal Reefer Racks ,Koper Port,Slovenija, with these expanded new reefer plugs, The fresh produce market is ever evolving, bringing new challenges to the players in the supply chain. Our end client latest response to the situation was quick and They have ordered from us through their local constructor(our long term Slovenija partner) and set up an important number of additional reefer racks at the Container terminal.
The reefer volumes are usually unevenly distributed during seasons and this investment will help the port owner to ensure enough capacity during the peaks. in total, they can now store 1.200 reefer boxes at the Container terminal.
Few days ago they completed a new section of reefer racks on their Container terminal at port of Koper,Slovenija. With the addition of 315 new reefer plugs, the total number of electric outlets for reefer boxes reached more than 1,000 units.
With this upgrade, They will be able to ensure cold chain continuity also during the peak seasons, when a higher number of units is handled and temporarily stored. On this particular section they can stack 5 reefer containers containers instead of 4. This upgraded capability will help them serve with more efficiently and effectively.
