Office Building with Skewed Parapet Wall Entrance
This 2-story contemporary steel office building serves as corporate headquarters for a leading manufacturer of turbo-machinery used by petrochemical, refining, oil & gas and process industries.
The architecturally pleasing design of this custom steel building features a skewed, masonry parapet entrance, an asymmetrical below-eave canopy, and a partial mezzanine. The exterior is a combination of ZHM Reverse Classic Thermal Insulated Wall and masonry.
At 10,500sqm, the two-story facility is home to administration, engineering, and customer service functions previously spread out across multiple buildings. The bright, airy space features a mix of open workstations, collaborative gathering space and large meeting rooms centered around the dining commons.
