Crane Building with Multiple Mezzanines

This custom building is a 7,300m2 steel, aluminum, and stainless materials processing plant. Complete with four EOT overhead cranes and three mezzanines, this expansion provides ample space for the large machinery required to process material, and is adeptly equipped with LED lighting and oversized destratification fans.

The exterior features 75mm insulated metal panel cladding over a 1.2m high concrete knee wall and steel structure. Four interior docks on the west side of the building provide a large, climate-controlled shipping area. The east bay of the building, designated as a drive-thru receiving area, contains a 30 ton overhead crane. The northwest corner houses 400m2 of office space, including conference/meeting rooms, locker/restrooms, and an employee break/lunchroom.

Our client is a family-owned, premier supplier of flat rolled steel processing services. They recently expanded their business to provide additional metal processing services.
