Technical Descriptions:
2-The supporting Reefer Rack Steel Scalffolding frame were made of recurring , precast parts which are installed 3 stories high.
3-The whole structures 8.10 m high without the railing . The length is 17.04 m for six container rows .The total width shall be 1.60 m including the railing.
4-The Reefer Rack Steel Scalffolding was provided with mandrels so that the steel frame can be adjusted later .
5-Each platform is accessible by stairway .
6-The bottom of every platform is made up of galvanized serrated anti-slip gratings. The steps are made up of the same grating too .
7-Every platform (except of the ground platform) has the railing 1.20 m high .
8-A structural analysis was submitted to KPA engineer for approval as part of the execution design .
9-The steel scaffold was of galvanized steel S355JR for primary steel structures such as columns/beams and S235JR for secondary steel structures such as brace, handrails, staircases. The scaffold are all prefabricated and prewelded and pregalvanized in ZHM workshop in China and no site welded occured at site. .
10-A structural analysis for the foundation and the steel scaffold was submitted by ZHM Huawu to KPA engineer for approval as part of the execution design .
