on May 2022, National Transportation Dept has issued the " Notice and Rules on Upgrade Action of Refrigerated Container Port Transportation Services"
According to the "Notice and Rules" stipulation : Take necessory action to develop new material logistic chain equipment and achieve the automatic collection and transfer of information of temperature and humidity of reefer containers, cold generator working mode and electric status. To actualize and visualize the full process temp/humidity control of reefer container.
Tranditional Reefer Stack Patrol Inspection Method: Low efficient, time-consuming, high working load and potentional safety threat during technician staff work.
ZHM applied a domestic developped Smart Patrol Robat System in our Xiamen Haitian reefer stack terminal project site, after the commissioning and operation, our client (Port authority) are very satisfied with this system.
The Reefer Storage Patrol Inspection Robat, based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Vision technologies, integrated the software and hardware, actualize the data collection on the temperature and humidity instrument on the multiple layers of the reefer stacks outside the reefer rack gantries。 The AI photographic treatment technology is applied to identify the photos connected, output the necessary information from these photos and treatment, later transfered to back desk system for the working staff to check and take action accordingly.
By this process of ZHM Reefer Storage Patrol Inspection Robat System, we helped our client to reduce the human resource cost and patrol inspection efficiency a lot.

The robat can adjust the expansion joint arm as per the reefer instrument level and collect the photo data correctly and efficiently.

The robat will indentify the photographic data by AI methodology, the result of the indentification will be transfered and share with third party system in the sub-station or control room.

The robat climbing vertically and horizontally on every level of the gantry type reefer rack platforms and achieve the high efficient patrol activities for all the reefer containers.
Supprting the could-based remote control system(Photo)
The robats are supporting the remot control to make a remedy inspection on any of the missing reefer container or container in special condition.
Robat self-study and self-learning function(Photo)
The robat can make self-learning experience after rounds of daily patrol inspection, so to upgrade the patrol inspection accuracy and efficiecy.
Automatic charging of electrical power(Photo)
If the Robat battery exceed the lowest level nominated, they will automatically move to the charger to charge themselves.
Automatically avoid obstacle(Photo)
The robat can classify and avoid various obstacles on their daily patrol ruote.
Support the belt machine inspection
The robat system support the tearing status, deviation outside of rail and pile of materials of the belt machine, so as to conduct inspection and warning.
