Our metal building systems are able to earn maximum LEED points through the following three combined factors: ZHM Huawu Steel buildings are manufactured from over 50% recycled steel. The steel in a ZHM Huawu Steel building is recyclable. In other words, if the building were to be taken down, all of its steel can be made into new steel. ZHM Huawu Steel offers two standard white paint finish options that exceed the LEED SRI requirement of 78. These colors can significantly reduce cooling requirements and costs.
